Feature release since 4.0.0. Plan composer install and config import. Visitors get a cookie notice; analytics, ads, embeds, and chatbots stay blocked until they accept.

Added

  • Klaro consent notice (DRUP-3900): modal dialog, purpose groups, Accept all, Decline all, Manage Preferences, and a footer cookie toggle. Consent is stored in the klaro cookie on .lehigh.edu for 180 days.
  • Services that load only after consent: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Meta (Facebook and Pixel), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, Leaflet, ArcGIS, Halda, Trinity Audio, and the Lehigh chatbots (HR, Auxiliary Services, Research).
  • Required services that stay on: Google Tag Manager, AppArmor, and Cloudflare bot management.
  • Google consent mode: GTM defaults ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization to denied. Analytics and Ads grant those only on accept.
  • Klaro text filter on Full HTML and HTML Code, so embedded third-party content is covered.
  • Chatbot launch buttons stay hidden until Klaro releases the launcher scripts.

Changed

  • lehigh-drupal/lehigh_klaro_settings 1.0.2 → 1.0.10 (DRUP-3900).

Docs

  • Release process, Drupal update workflow, fork inventory, and SDC theme README (README.theme.md) (DRUP-4074).
