Yesterday, LTS launched a new ticket / support request form for website and Transact requests. The new Website help request form can be found within the Software & Website Support category when you go to submit a ticket via https://lehigh.edu/help

Options include: Drupal website support, New Drupal website, New WordPress website, and Transact support. When selected, these updated options will provide you with additional fields to provide relevant information which will help us handle your requests.

Hopefully, this new form streamlines website requests, since requests were previously grouped by team rather than function.

Who Sees My Ticket?

Drupal website support

Requests for support of an existing Drupal website will continue to go directly to the Web & Mobile Services team.

New Drupal website

Requests for a new Drupal website will still go to the Web & Mobile Services team, and will also now include some additional members of the Web Council. This group was formed to review certain requests for new websites which may involve internal or external spending.

WordPress Website Support

While this option has now been moved within the Website help request form to increase visibility, these requests are sent to the Instructional Technology team which manages Lehigh's cloud WordPress instance.

Transact support

Tickets for support of a Transact storefront are directed to a cross-team Transact support group.
